Ledgable is an AI-native accounting platform designed from the ground up for Australian small businesses and the accountants who serve them. We started from the accounting rules out, not the UI in.
Why accountant-first?
Every other accounting platform treats accountants as a distribution channel. They get referral fees, white-label dashboards, and maybe a discount. We think that is wrong.
Accountants are the ones who catch the categorisation errors, fix the GST mismatches, and explain the P&L to a business owner who has never read one. They do the work. They should share in the value.
So we built a platform where accountants earn a recurring revenue share on every client they manage through Ledgable. Not a one-time referral. Recurring. Because their work is recurring too.

These are not values on a poster. They are the decisions we made about what to build and what to refuse to build.

We built Ledgable by talking to accountants, not around them. The accountant portal, partner revenue share, and multi-client dashboard exist because accountants told us they were missing.
Radical transparency
Pricing is simple. Data handling is clear. We don't hide fees in per-seat add-ons or lock your data when you leave. What you see is what you get.
Australian by design
GST, BAS, STP, Payday Super, Fair Work, ATO - we know the compliance landscape. Ledgable is built for ABNs, not adapted from EIN-first software.
AI as infrastructure, not a feature
We didn't bolt AI on. Categorisation, receipt extraction, cashflow intelligence, and the Ledge assistant are the foundation - not premium add-ons.
Small business advocacy
Australian small businesses carry enormous compliance burden relative to their size. We exist to reduce that burden - not profit from it.
Responsible data stewardship
Your financial data is yours. We do not sell it, train models on it without consent, or share it with third parties for advertising. Ever.
