Yes. You can move between Free, Pro, and Business at any time. When you upgrade you get the new feature set immediately.

Bookkeeping (transactions, invoices, contacts, bills), all the standard reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Trial Balance, GST report, aged receivables/payables), and AI chat with one conversation per day. No payroll, no direct ATO lodgements - those come on Pro and Business.

Pro covers everything most small businesses need: payroll for up to 5 employees, full AI quota, BAS lodgement helper, EOFY workflows. Business adds higher payroll headcount (up to 50), a higher AI budget, and is the tier that will get direct ATO submissions (STP, BAS, PayDay Super) once we're a registered Digital Service Provider.

Direct ATO submissions are on the Business tier roadmap. Until they ship, all tiers can prepare and export STP / BAS data; you lodge through your existing provider.

Yes - no lock-in contracts. Cancel with one click and your access continues until the end of the billing period. Your data stays exportable as CSV / JSON / PDF.

Yes. AI is included on every plan - even Free. Free includes AI chat with a low daily quota (one conversation per day). Pro and Business include the full AI feature set - including write actions like creating invoices and recording transactions on your behalf - with higher daily usage allowances. No surprise per-action billing.

Yes. Pro and Business support accountant workspace access with per-team-member roles and permissions. Accountants joining the partner programme also receive a recurring revenue share on eligible client spend - that's a separate accountant-side flow.

Payroll and STP workflows are available according to your plan (Pro and Business). You can prepare and export STP data today, but direct ATO lodgement is on the roadmap and not live yet - until it ships you lodge through your existing provider. Check your plan details before relying on Ledgable for STP lodgement.

Supported Australian bank connections are listed inside the app before you connect, and connection is handled through a secure hosted flow - Ledgable never sees your bank login. Free users can manually import statements; paid plans include connected bank-feed options (1 feed on Pro, up to 10 on Business), depending on the plan.

Migration tools are being developed. At launch you can bring in key business data through supported imports, including CSV exports from Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Online. For complex migrations, contact support before switching.
