Honest answer: we're new.

Ledgable is in design partner phase. We're working closely with a small number of Australian small businesses and accounting practices to make sure the product is correct before we publish testimonials.

What that means

  • You get more attention. Direct access to the founders. Your feedback shapes the next two weeks of work.
  • You get pricing certainty. Design partners lock in their first-year price; future price rises do not apply retroactively.
  • We're explicit about what's missing. See the Security page for what's certified vs roadmap, and the public roadmap for what's shipping next.

Pilot success criteria

Two metrics tell us whether we've earned the right to publish testimonials:

  1. Pilot customers complete a full BAS lodgement cycle in Ledgable without external help.
  2. Pilot customers complete a full pay run cycle (calculation + approval + STP transmission once DSP registration completes) without external help.

Both gates met = we'll publish customer stories with full attribution and consent. Until then, this page stays honest about where we are.
